Selective use of
Original intent. 3 counties in Kentucky must take down their 10 Commandments displays, even though they were displayes with other historical documents such as the Constitution and Magna Carta. They said that because the Commandments were originally on display all by themselves that the intent of the display was religious and we can't have that.
Fine time for the courts to see original intent. They refuse to see it in the US Constitution. If they did, we wouldn't have a "right" to abortion (among other crap that isn't in the original text.)
